Since 2015, Residence Park Solemaremma has undertaken an important project of redevelopment and modernization of its structure: by redesigning the apartment interiors we aimed at highlighting the fluidity and brightness of spaces through the use of proper materials, colours, furniture and modern furnishings. The new apartments, available in various types, are all in the 4-star category.

Structure

The structure is born from the great design experience of architect Walter Di Salvo, creator of numerous works of remarkable architectural quality in the tourist resorts of Castiglione della Pescaia and Punta Ala.

Residence Solemaremma is composed of 98 apartments located on three levels, in the immediate vicinity of the main services. From there you can enjoy an amazing view of the park or the belvedere, with an enchanting panorama of the sea and the Tuscan coast.

Other apartments are in buildings surrounded by the green pine forest, arranged both on the ground floor and on the first floor.
